*최근 공개일 : 선행 특허를 인용하는 후행 특허 공보의 최근 발행 날짜. 공개 공보 발행일과 등록 공보 발행일 중 늦은 날짜(인용 관계는 주로 등록 공보에 references cited로 기재되기 때문)
* 최초 거절 OA 발생일 : 특정 특허를 심사하는 심사관이, 특정 선행 특허를 인용하며, 특허 거절에 대한 office action(OA)를 통지하는 경우, 최초로 거절 OA 통지가 발생한 날짜. 심사관은 특정 선행 특허를 인요하며, 1차례 이상의 non-final rejection 또는 final rejection을 통지할 수 있음.
* Assignment 실행일 : 미국에서의 assignment는 실행일(execution date)과 기록일(record date)이 있음. 실행을 통해서 assignment의 법률적 효력이 발생하므로, 실행일을 기준으로 함. (참고)미국을 제외한 다른 나라는 실행일의 개념이 없어, 특허청에 기록된 날을 기준으로 함.
